Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

Partial Refunds

For subscription services, we offer partial refunds prorated for unused time in your billing cycle. If you've used some of your monthly clip allowance, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Work that has already been completed and delivered
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Refunds requested after the eligibility window
