Cliperra provides professional video editing and clipping services to transform long-form content into platform-optimized short-form videos.

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to your selected plan. Payment is processed through our secure payment partner, Whop. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused services, subject to our Refund Policy. No refunds are provided for completed work or services already rendered.

6. Content Rights

You retain full ownership of your original content and the final edited deliverables. Cliperra claims no rights to your content beyond the license to perform the requested editing services.

7. License to Use Submitted Assets

By submitting content to Cliperra, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and edit your materials solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license terminates upon completion of the requested work.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. Cliperra reserves the right to refuse service for any content deemed unacceptable.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our editing services. Cliperra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Limitations of Liability

Cliperra's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect damages.
